Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Outscore English, we strive to provide the best learning experience. Please read our refund and rescheduling policy carefully.

1. Band Testing & Recorded Courses

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any Band Testing course or paid recorded courses. After 7 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Individual Lessons

Lessons are paid per lesson as booked. Our policy for individual sessions is as follows:

• Cancellations: You will be charged the full amount for the lesson if you do not notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your lesson at no extra cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
